We do have trials if you beat me you'll be able to join my team if you lose 15-20 it'll be okay to still join.

Heya, you might be best joining an existing team rather than making one. Also people in the tf2 community use either mumble or discord to talk to each other, not Skype. ;)

When you are on the recruitment page, there is two parts ( Players / Teams )
– Click on ” Teams ”
– As you are a new player, I highly recommend you to start in open. ( It’s a level. There is 4 Levels actually : open/mid/high/prem, there is no shame start in open.
– So look for an open team and add the leader and ask gently for a trial
