I don’t think you know what “Mid/High” means. “Mid/High TF2 player” and “First time competitor” don’t go hand-to-hand very well.
Mid or High division players always have plenty of seasons under their belts already – usually on those divisions, or have been noticed to be of exceptional skill on Open.

New to competitive scene but on my other account I had around 650 hours of med and loads of lobbies as med.
My friend is a 6,500 hours player who is new to competitive but is amazing.
