Div 2/Div 3 Skill, 6v6

Hello I am Raptor00X, playing Comp TF2 for about 2 and a half years
Last season I've been playing in a Div 6 fun Team as Demo but now i wanna go back to my main
ROAMER
I had now some trials but it just didnt work out but i think i did good
What I can offer:
-Good gamesense
-nice DM (not an MGE god though :D)
-a guy who you can hang out with playing mixes,mvm or other cool stuff
-can play nearly always around 19-22:30 cest on the weekdays and on weekend I have always time until midnight(I have time for other stuff, but I dont wanna play scrims after midnight)
-fluent english
What you should offer:
-regular scrims (at least 3 times per week)
-nice environment (no rage, I want people who I can hangout with)
-stable team (I don't want to search for a team next season again)
-Team that thinks about what went wrong (talking or watching a demo)
-from mid div 3 to low div 2
