   then he didn`T said anything….. i think that`s not a default win for him, maybe for me but never for him…..

   Yeah let’s ignore your opponent for 8 days, pop up a few hours before the deadline and claim the default when he apparently wasn’t around. You should clearly have been on you toes a bit more mate, take your own inactivity like a man and accept that this was your loss.
