If you can find a used LG W2363D that’s the #1 1080p 120hz monitor (low input lag, low ghosting, good picture), the rest currently available all have disadvantages which make their price tags hard to justify.

I recommend that if you can’t find a LG W2363D, you pick up and trial a Samsung S23A750D (if you’re graphics card has display port), as far as i know it has lower input lag than the original Viewsonic VX2268WM which is a fan favorite monitor among quake players (myself included) and some have now swapped it out for the 750D (e.g. fazz), but it’s baby brother (700D) has high input lag… even though it has the same panel (could be the same in the 750D, but reports suggests that the electronics behind the 700D is just simply worse).

Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de return policy is fantastic, so you can pretty much return it if dissapointing, but the picture quality on the Samsung’s is unmatched by any gaming monitor on the market (if LG is good, Samsung is great) and so i really recommend you at least give it a go.

Monitor is really nice indeed. The foot though is a piece of crap and absolutely unworthy of such a nice piece of hardware. It is far too light, feels unstable and is not bearing enough to change the degree of the display without having to press down the foot too. But you wanna look at the monitor not move it around all the time.
