Problem in mah facking Sony Vegas :

OK, so after much strife I got PLDX working so then after I got it working I duly recorded a demo, then encoded it and I can view it back in VLC media player but when I put it into Sony Vegas it’s just a completely red screen. The file is near 10 gb I don’t know if this could be anything to do with it.

I recorded it as tga and when encoded it turned into an .avi file (I think)

So can anyine give me an answer I tried googling it but it just comes up trying to sell sony vegas

if you recorded with tgas then follow this tutorial:
http://www.pldx.com/blog.php/2009/06/compiling-images-to-video-in-virtual-dub/

but keep in mind that you dont encode the vid with the audio, so you need to keep the audio file and import it manually.
or if you want the audio file in the avi, then i cant help you… probably you have to use another codec or something…

Well I still got a problem :/ I saved as avi using virtual dub(I used method 2) and when I view the video back it’s slanted like 45 degrees an its black and white can someone explain what is worn please ?

Um, well here’s the weird thing I viewed it back in vlc and it was like that but then I viewed it back in windows media player and it was fine :s
