Downloading demo files from external sources

Hey,
I was wondering if there was a way of getting hold of the demos of the i55 matches for playback purposes as I am not familiar with this sort of thing I could do with a hand.
Any tips or advice?
Also what programme is best for recording audio (eg commentary ) + a demo playback.
Could really do with some help so any suggestions would be great.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
Watching the demo and commentating it at the same time – simply record it with fraps, shadowplay, dxtory, …
You could also record the commentary separately, for example by simply using mumble, and record the demo to a video file directly (google lawena) or by using above methods, and then combine both files.
Basically looking to run reviews of the matches and such, just needed a bit of a hand, this is a bit new to me
