Very nice that you take your time to do something like this.
Things like that is needed to increase the interest of the game. Nice to see that there are other older TF2 players like me who still, after almost 2 years, have a big interest in the game.

Decent div1 preview on the div1 teams worth being there. The teams left out are the ones either there by admin fuckup or questionable standing. +1 for a div2 preview if there are any active writers right to do it.
