Hey hey, go to here: http://webchat.quakenet.org/ , put your name in the name box and then put #tf.wars in the channels box and then click the join chat button.

In there you will see a lot of people looking for TF2 matches.

Simply add a message that says:

Div 6 | Off | Now

and people will contact you and you can arrange a game. On or Off is a way of saying you have a server to play on or not, I’ll leave you to work out which is which :D.

Alternatively double click the name of someone looking for similar to chat to them. Exchange server details, play tf2, win/lose, have fun.

If you find some good close matches then add them and arrange regular games.
