both,
ZeyOrk had more reflex and pure skill added to it
and Ozmosis one had thinking and more strat-ish shooting to it.
my opinion
First one was more luck but the 2nd one was slower and easier, So not sure what you mean by “better” but i’d say first one is harder to pull off.

zeyork definitely. Ozmosis’s shot wasn’t so hard, the other soldier jump was easy to airshot :/ my opinion.

first: nice reaction on first shot, then 2nd fell into you.
second: nice first airshot but it just shunted him in the air so 2nd was easy
but i guess my vote goes first
i’d give both a B-, maybe oz scraping a B
Since neither of your targets made any sort of effort to strafe/dodge, I’ll have to go with zeyork because of the nice twitch.
