Welcome to the conclusion of the 27th season of ETF2L Highlander!

If you find yourself on the list of these teams you are expected to be available. If you fail to provide information, or it is insufficient, we will have to decide your match dates for you. Keep in mind that we will try and accommodate both teams, but the match date may still vary from your provided days if for example none of the days matches with your opponent’s, but your opponent offered more days than you did. Deadlines listed for the matches are flexible and may be changed in certain situations if admins are contacted about allowing extensions on these.

Schedule

The schedule for the playoff matches will be the following.

• Upper Bracket Finals/Quarter Finals: 17th – 24th September
• Lower Bracket Finals/Semi Finals: 25th September – 1st October
• Grand Finals: 2nd October – 9th October

We would like to announce a change to our usual rules for the maps played during the regular 6v6 Autumn 2022 season for Premiership division. Instead of having a map pool consisting of seven maps, with a fixed rotation, there will be weekly pick and bans from a set of 5 maps to decide which two are played in a match.

The map pool for the Premiership Division will be the following:

• cp_process_f11
• cp_gullywash_f9
• cp_snakewater_final1
• koth_product_final
• cp_sunshine
• cp_metalworks_f4
• cp_granary_pro_rc8
• koth_bagel_rc5
• one additional map that will be voted in by Premiership players after the end of Premiership signups.

For Premiership Qualifiers, the map pool will consist of the first eight maps of that list (meaning all of the maps except the last one, that will be decided later on).

Because the next 6v6 Season is scheduled to start soon after the Nations Cup ends, we decided to slightly postpone it to accommodate Nations Cup matches and make sure the two events don’t conflict with each other, and that all the teams have the necessary time to practice for both the Nations Cup and the upcoming Season.

The official announcement will come up this week end, stay tuned!

We also would like to officially publish the playoff schedule for the Nations Cup #9. Please note that all group stage matches have to be played before Thursday, 29th September at 23:59.
