Friends/Romans/Countrymen/Thirdies,
As you can see from my team history, I've not played for many different teams so don't have much experience with writing these recruitment posts. So apologies in advance if this is shit or if I miss anything important out.
After a mutual ending to a fun time in my previous team, I suppose I'm looking for somewhere else to bring a fun blend of terrible jokes, singing on mumble and all round entertainment (oh and a bit of TF2 if we must).
I've not played particularly well for the last couple of months for various reasons, mainly a lack of confidence in my play and an unfortunate lack of support from my previous scout partner. Lovely guy, we just stopped clicking sadly. So please bear in mind that I'm out of form and will need people to be a bit patient with me at the start.
What I would like from you:

* Div 2 / Div 3 standard team
* Preferably established team, but will consider new ones. I'm mainly interested in playing with people who are a lot of fun and who socialise outside of TF2
* Active in ETF2L/WPTF2L/ESL – I don't mind if you're not in ESL, as it's shit.
* No stupid raging – Some of us get disappointed if we lose a game or someone makes a mistake but I am really not interested in hearing teammates shout at each other. It doesn't help the team.
* Speak English. I'd greatly appreciate teammates that I can understand straight away :p

* Active 3-4 days per week 20-23CET – Please note, I run a business in the UK and sometimes I will be away with relatively short notice to see a client. I will try and let you know as early as I can though.
* Relatively mature 27 year old Englishman.
* Amusing stories and sillyness on Mumble.
* Dedicated and loyal player
* Pretty decent scout when confident :x

Did a coin toss for the 5th cup we won, as a result Russians started abusing me on steam.
It was the most fun I’ve ever had, so because of that, he’s awesome.

Shouldn’t have any problems whatsoever in a current mid-div2 team.

Aye, played shit since early November.
However, what you don’t give either myself or my previous teammates credit for was that we convincingly beat every single one of those teams who were in our division and most of the teams from 2a in PCWs between July-September, with probably our best time together being the LAN at i40.
Of course, PCWs don’t mean shit if you can’t perform in the league and our instability with constant new players and people crashing/afk, showed just how fragile our team could be.
So I appreciate your comments and certainly agree with you in some way – however I’ve also proven the level I can play, so I disagree with you too :D

Great guy, and has an incredible confidence! If he gets a proper scout that can call and work as a team I am sure he will do awesome!
Can also snipe everything that isn’t blocked by a wall (sometimes not even walls can stop him from getting the headshot)

As much of a troll as d2m can be and as much of an arsehole as he is and has been to some people in the community.
He can be one of the most fun guys to play tf2 with. Since meeting him during his admin days and annoying him on IRC constantly with requests and admin shit, we then met at LAN and he rubbed my head and called me ballsack.
I consider him a pretty decent friend and a nice guy all around.
Also one HELL of a cunt when he wants to be.
Definitely div3 could probably push div2 if he really worked at it. Like he mentioned his confidence can take a hit and that will make him go Huntsman sniper and troll people. Just needs to work on his game an a decent scout partner to help him improve.
also could do with being less of a dick to pretty much everyone :P

Forgot to add that you can always rely on him to be there with advice and for a friendly chat when you need him, has a lot of business experience so can help you with work/life related stuff in that department too.

Played a few mixes with him recently and he is indeed a nice guy and he can hit stuff with scatter guns too!
