Parents generally have no idea what their kids do at all because;
1. they don’t care/ask
2. if they do ask, they’re going to whine anyway, so they aren’t told the truth

Result; Kids don’t enjoy home environment, move out at too early an age, can’t handle stuff, never get anywhere. Or they move out at an older age and spend their free time doing what they were never allowed, and still don’t get anywhere.

tl;dr power to the few that do have parents with an IQ above 80.

Fucking this. Nyargh it’s annoying when they start whining when the other option is to sit on a couch looking at TV. Bloody nothing to do here except maybe go outside and roll in snow for a bit, maybe pass out. Plus everything on TV is garbage.
