Realistic buff
3-5% run speed increase
air acceleration increased so you can airstrafe more
rocket launcher with 8 rockets, 75% damage 50% faster
and an unlock that halves self damage
A realistic buff until you factor in the super fragile medic whose only defence is his own sollies and his dodging ability. Soldier works fine in its present way – the only upgrades a solly needs are sidegrades.
I’m hopeful they’ll sort out the explosion bug which currently stops splash damage between enemies or splash working on stairs etc.
Would be nice if they allowed the “speed rj” or “power skip” to be a realistic option in games by bringing the self-dmg back to its original levels and correcting the excessive momentum fall-dmg.
And correcting the fall-off damage by scaling it correctly so that long range rockets lose 50+% damage like currently and mid-range rockets lose less.
technically the lowest skill ceiling is the sniper. since hes has 100% accurate sniper rifle and can kill any class with 1 shot =>

Technically the highest skill ceiling is sniper, seeing as assuming a soldier and a sniper of perfect skill and aim, a soldier is limited by the capabilities of his projectiles’ speed for aiming, whereas the sniper could continuously headshot scouts at close range. The latter is more difficult and thus requirs more skill, and aiming potential for the sniper is limitless as he is not limited by range, but close range only requires more luck (as most people lack the skill to continuously perform headshots at close range, it is not because of a limitation inherent in the class as it can be compensated for), whereas scout/soldier etc. are all limited by fall-off, spread and projectile speed determining both their effectiveness at range and just limiting what they can do at range.

Sniper generally has more room for mistakes though, so it evens out eventually.
