Down below are this season’s provisional tiers. If you can’t find your team it could be due to you recently changing your team name. Teams marked in yellow are more likely to be moved if there is a need to change teams around.

Unhappy about your place? Feel free to contact us over at our Discord Server. These tiers are still subjected to change if teams make a good case as to why they should be moved.

Based on last season’s performance gerz and Ora Elektro will retain their spot in Premiership, joining them is S40 division 1 winner  Foreskings. DEATH AND DEFAULT LOSS, Witness Gaming and Backyard Bullies will also be granted a spot in Premiership. That leaves us with the following four teams MANDEM,  Stevie Wonder's Aim School,  trust the process and  wer das liest ist doof to battle it out for the last two spots.

The teams will face off in a double elimination bracket starting with the following games:

• trust the process  vs  Stevie Wonder's Aim School
• MANDEM vs  wer das liest ist doof

The winners of the Semifinals (as seen below) will grab the 2nd to last spot in Premiership. The loser of the Semifinals will face off against the winners of Losers Round 1 for the last prem spot. All games will be played as a bo3.

The schedule is as follows:

• Round 1: 17th – 19th January
• Semifinals: 20th – 21st January
• Decider: 22nd – 23rd January

As promised, due to the scheduling issues with Highlander and Sixes, we are organizing an experimental cup in order to provide highlander players an opportunity to play, as well as testing maps that could potentially be featured in an upcoming season.

The tier systems that we use will be fully dependent on the final signup numbers.

After reading some comments on ETF2L and teamfortress.tv following the announcement for our upcoming 6v6 Season 41, we decided to ask our Premiership players, of which 74 out of the eligible 88 responded and voted, for their opinions about the current map pool and general decisions with regards to config settings for mechanics we are considering testing in the Preseason Cup, and potentially changing during the main season.
