Welcome everyone to the conclusion of the 26th season of ETF2L Highlander.

If you find yourself on the list of these teams you are expected to be available. If you fail to provide information, or it is insufficient, we will have to decide your match dates for you. Keep in mind that we will try and accommodate both teams, but the match date may still vary from your provided days if for example none of the days matches with your opponent’s, but your opponent offered more days than you did. Deadlines listed for the matches are flexible and may be changed in certain situations if admins are contacted about allowing extensions on these.

Schedule

The schedule for the playoff matches will be the following.

Premiership, Division 1 and Division 2:

• Semi-Finals will be played from 25th April – 5th May.
• Grand Finals will be played from 5th May – 15th May.

Division 3, Division 4 and Open:

• Quarter-final matches will be played from 25th April – 1st May.
• Semi-Finals will be played from 2nd May – 8th May.
• Grand Finals will be played from 9th May – 15th May.

Which leads to the following map rotation:

Preseason Cup Playoffs

As the preseason cup playoffs are played tonight there are a couple things that need to be clarified. Quarter Final and Semi Final matches will be played as a best-of-one, while the Grand finals will be played as a best-of-three. An explanation on how to eliminate maps is available on the match pages.

Premiership Qualifiers

With the new highlander season fast approaching it is time for the teams to fight it out for the premiership spots. Super Dickmann's KANNONEN!, Feila eSports finanzieren durch and inVision will keep their spot based on their performance last season. Gacky Googmans GABAGOOL will get a guaranteed spot based on their roster strength. This leaves SENSATION, Kazakh e-Sports powered by Chapman and DEADINSIDEORISAMAIN to fight it out for the last two spots.

This leads to the following matches:

Round 1:  SENSATION vs  Kazakh e-Sports powered by Chapman, winner of this game will get a spot in Premiership

Round 2: Loser of Round 1 vs  DEADINSIDEORISAMAIN, winner of this game claims the last spot in Premiership

The map pool for the qualifiers is the following:

• pl_vigil_rc9
• cp_steel_f9
• koth_product_final
• koth_warmtic_f9

koth_warmtic_f9 is added to the qualifiers to make Pick/Ban possible. This doesn’t mean it will be in the main season.
