what happened is that an admin told you to play. he might wasn’t be in the case enough to give you default or argue against it. this happens at times. even admins are humans. they can’t always jump to your favor and they even do mistakes at times. what does it have to do with us? I may repeat here that the admin told your to PLAY not to fuck around.

Now, i’m not trying to change decision anymore, I know how admins are there. I just explain the situation from my point of view and try to answer and argue what i’m saying (even if a lot of ppl don’t care about it).

Admins are humans, they make mistakes like others, I agree. But when you have responsabilities, you don’t, and if you do, you can apologize.
I couldn’t talk to another admin after this incident except to Kop, who told me that it’s not his decision and he doesn’t want to take part in it. I want mature discussion, i can’t.

Now you can close this topic, it’s like two walls discussing with each other.

If it was such a concern and obvious (omg this rule is wrong moment) then why wasnt this seen clearly during preseason when the old sektor which went 21grams who had 5 of there old members on there roster technically 3 of which were active = more than 1/2 and still had this rule applied. ( I dont need an asnwer as I personally know why)

There is alot more to it which I wont go in to, but I fail to see why everyone is “gj admins lol gobi etc stfu” when there has been a very long time for them to change this even before the season started if nescessary.. And considering they actualy went to an admin for clarification and the one person who replied said “play it”.

I dont see why this game cannot be replayed since there was a big rule change which greatly effect one of the teams. SImply saying after a game “well px are allowed to use those 4 new players as they contacted us and we allowed it” is intself fine, not informing the team there playing against when they have contacted admins regarding these players isnt.

If when gobi or who ever it was who contacted admins was told that “px approached us, we said they can use 2 old px1 members and there was no limit placed on new players joining” im sure this topic wouldnt even be here.

IMO the initial errror lies in the rules change mid season, followed by no info given to “equality” when it was requested, so a rematch would seem the smartest choice.

But what do i know ;)

Thanks Waster and Wildcard for UNDERSTANDING us. And for giving an argued comment in our favor. Maybe other teams and admin will look at your comment and understand that’s unfair to change a rule in favor of px2 without any compensation for us (The only compensation is a minor warning for flamming for us…).
Overall, no one of admins told us that they can play with 4 new players. They just told us that px2 can use max 2 of px1 players, this wasn’t in contradiction with the old hijack rule.

D2M, I hope i’ll can talk to you today, and have a mature admin “in front of” me, who can understand and try to make a decision which can be fair for both of teams.

Those rules clearly undermining the principle of the league and contradicting the admins own decisions. At the start of the season the divisions are balanced on strength. For example, not all favorites are put together. Off course i can understand that people can go inactive mid season so teams have to recruit new people. But this is different. All players are from a respectable div2 clan. So the initial balance in the divisions are completely lost.

When some of our div 4 opponents needs a merc i wont allow a div2 player because that isnt fair. Paroxysm 2 now always have the ability to choose two div2 player mercs while the opponents dont have any rights to complain and thats just wrong.

Although i think there has already been said to much about this match and the players of efall can better move on. In my opinion this match wasnt fair at all, the rules are changed in favour of paroxysm without compensating efall and there isnt even placed a note in the changelog of the rules.

And i also didnt thing these rules are a good thing in general. Every folded team can join an existing team now, like earlier when teams that finished can join other teams that still have to play playoffs. The suggestion of tapley, players cant drop down a division, is much more fair imo.

It’s rather obvious (for me at least) that ex px1 players won’t play if they’re not needed. As I’ve stated in an other topic, we’re not here to win px2’s games for them and we’re busy rebuilding our own team aswell and therefore play our own pcw’s/mixes.

As for your own policy towards clans asking to use mercs, it’s something personal, some allow them, some don’t, that’s why you ask. One could argue it’s a *TEAM* game. And you forget that they’re not signed up to the roster, we are.

The rules were only “changed” to clarify more, not so it could be used in our favor. And not being allowed to join a team in a lower division as a rule? Are you guys high or something?

As for Gheedz, please stop acting like you were done so much wrong and painting us off as the bad guy. We both flamed, we both got warned for it, we continued it to the matchpage, we got a bigger penalty, fair enough, I fully accept that.

And don’t worry Gheedz, we didn’t play serious either. I can fully understand that you wouldn’t either after an admin told you to play it.

Though, it seems this is just repeating what all has been said earlier. Read the first 2 pages if you still have a need to reply.

Then, there is a huge difference in your flamming and our, even during the match.
You insulted us, telling us “learn to read” because YOU don’t want to understand that we’re talking about a RULE and not the admin decision about your 2px1 players only. It was different. Then, the only flamming we’ve done is “Thanks for the default win” and “learn to read”, but only after your huge flamming and insult time (approximatly 10minutes :)). I can add we never insulted you, even after the result changed in your favor.

Come on, let’s play it again, if we lose, we’ve nothing to say because there will be no misunderstanding about rules or everything else.
