how do we determine “overpowered”? because, lets face it, compared to the sticky launcher even the FAN is underpowered.
Using your own logic, how do we determine the sticky launcher to be overpowered?

Fragga will love it i think but you should se cebber from LOL team yesteday he rolled me so it was nearly painfull :)
Ontopic: The DH is not like the new fan just because it 1 hit scouts but its quite hard to kill scouts with it because the most sollys i know still use the old Rl in matches cause of the splash but i belive that the offencive soldier will use the DH
