A team that scrims often
A strong team that won't drop straight away
A team willing to accept me as a friend and teammate
A team that does not rage
A team that has somewhat positive results against div 5 teams
A team that help each other fix problems during scrims and officials
An English speaking team

Competitive experience in playing and winning div 6 and regularly playing and winning in div 5 scrims
Calm player adult-ish player even if i'm on the young side
