Looking for an Open team who's aim is winning Open for the next season.

About me

Strengths:
– Played comp TF2 on and off for the past 6 years.
– Strong comms and gamesense
– Old Div 3 and new Mid experience
– International experience
– Good organisational skills and man management skills
– Good dodging and Uber skills
– Loud and clear communication skills
– Very adaptable

Weaknesses:
– Rusty
– Can shut off mentally when playing poorly or after making a bad mistake
– Weak reactions

I want to find a team that ideally has very good DM skills but struggles with organisation and calls which I will be able to fix.

Although I'm fine with shotcalling and organizing the team's strategy I don't want to be physically running the team as it's something that doesn't really interest me… therefore I wont be interested in a co-leader position.

I'm fine with playing with brand new players if you show the right attitude and genuineness, however it's not my preference as I want to win Open and don't wanna be with a team that takes the entirety of pre-season trying to learn how to rocket jump properly (I speak from personal experience :D).
