Div 3/Div 4 Skill, Highlander

Hello! I'm from Europe (West). I started competitive play on October 2013 but I have been playing TF2 since 2007, when it was first released.
I have overall close to 1100 hours as a pyro (stats reset) and looking to improve. I play pubs, MGE and DM often… I played UGC more often this season (Div Gold) and currently looking "AS main spot PYRO" for high divisions (div 4), Div 3 would be pushing it a bit further but I can give it a try.
What I want to expect from a Team:
Comms! I'm still improving in this manner! (Preferable Mumble)
Team Leader advices for Improvement
Good Ambient and Atmosphere (No rage, no insults)
A team that does 3/4 scrims per week.

Perfect pyro should get a team Sick flares and ofc sick calls GOOD LUCK
still got a bad idea of HL, but with the right team that micromanage his role in maptalks is the right one to improve.
one of the best up and coming pyros for sure, just give him some room to learn the ins and outs of Highlander and he’ll be beasting it
Massive pyro tryhard. Knows all about the class and studies other pyros

his dm would probably make pyros in up to two divs above him envious. If he can stick to whats being said in maptalks (provided they are decent) he’ll ace it for you =)

Keen player, perfect English amazing DM. He will certainly do well in high divs.
