Hello! I'm from Europe (West). I started competitive play on October 2013 but I have been playing TF2 since 2007, when it was first released.
I have overall close to ~1200 hours as a pyro (stats reset) and looking to improve. I have history on div 6, Div 5; UGC Steel, Silver and Gold; and 4v4 steel.
What I want to expect from a Team:

He is ok
nice pyro, awesome DM (div 1 dm), but should improve the comms and not raging so much. If he improves that, he would play easily in div 1/2.
Ok since I’ve written in this guy’s rec posts so many times by now, I’ll write a long-ass post now.
You won’t find a pyro who is more dedicated to his class than Rik, and I can count on one hand the ones who work as hard as him. You’ll also have a very hard time finding a pyro who can beat him in straight up execution – reflecting, flaring, and burning.
Now in highlander, he’s good, but he’s missing that little bit of coordination and molding to a team to become great. Not really through his own fault, although yet3 has mentioned some raging and I can believe it – he can get impatient when things don’t work out well. But mostly the problem with Rik is that because of bad luck among other things he hasn’t really stuck with a team for long enough to truly learn how to adapt to them and do what they need him to do, and I think that’s the key to pyro much more than DM.
If you need someone who is the full ready package to perform well on pyro on his first scrim, Rik might not be your first choice. But if you are patient with him and let him grow into whatever role you want him to play on your team, I think he can quickly become really, really good. Possibly prem good. It’s your choice. Keen player, perfect English amazing DM. He will certainly do well in mid/high
2nd best portuguese pyro > around 65% EU pyros
REALLY dedicated, but talks A LOT. should calm down a little with this.
Also should watch what your doing with your aggression etc. we’re taking a little to much heals for my liking
