Hildreth / Pikachu / Crashsite / Sheridyn Division 3? LOL YEAH RIGHT BUDDY YOU AIN'T SRS?!

Well I am semi-serious, we want to win Division 4 next season, we got a long way to go until then but after getting promoted from Division 5 despite a season without a proper 2nd scout (thanks to the guys who played). Now our roamer (who was also our pocket at one point) is now women less and thanks to having no girlfriend distractions, he can finally move up the divisions! We need a new Soldier + Scout.

Many thanks to Shifty + Sketch/Mould and the 37 people we randomly merced in the past few months. Times are a-a-a changing. So we're searching Division 3/4, if you got experience in Division 3/4 then fantastic, exactly what we're searching for. If you don't have experience that level…well neither do we, then trial anyway (say you're division 5 and with a recently folded team that you top fragged like a bawss) or you're always making in hindsight; the correct calls and tactical choices but your team doesn't go along with it and runs into certain death as you remain the only one alive, sighing as you force pop the medic to save the round. We want to do well but also prove we can do it not using the conventional methods but by doing some funky tactics and playing aggressive rather than spamming and spamming until something happens.

Scout:

Work with your scoot partner, Pikachu is usually working something up with you. You got to be able to work with him and try to stay calm at moments of failure and accept your mistake (a loving apology is always sentimental to me) and learn from it. Apart from working with and getting on with Pikachu (it is a challenge in itself) you need to have the gamesense / awareness to know when you should just be capping a point or watching a flank and when it is worth off-classing (we had our scout go Spy/Sniper attacking last….die, okay fair enough but when you stay spy for 3-4 lives and notice our team is losing points you should probably re-think the plan).

Soldier:

I hate the terms 'pocket + roamer'. I guess in those times where your team has regrouped and organizing to push/defend a push you got defined roles, we switched our previous Soldiers around a bit, did slightly better with Crashsite on pocket soldier and Shifty roaming but if you played Pocket and feel comfortable with it, no worries we can adjust the team again. Whatever you play, just remember to call what role you're taking in the specific push, it is my opinion you can save time in a push by swapping a roamer who is damaged and a fully buffed pocket around, with the fully buffed player doing his thing and the damaged player taking the heals and becoming the pocket.

Anyhow our soldier:

If roaming – try to assist scouts whenever best suited, we don't need a suicidal soldier but aggressive is good for us. Being able to play without so much heals is a huge plus for the team and learning not to take damage.

Pocket – Know positioning, be aware of how to use an uber effectively and I don't mean just fragging, I mean getting in the best position, not forcing your medic into a bad position or being forced to split…etc. If you apply you will need to have a very good idea in the gamesense department.

General:

You need to speak English well, we've had like people who we couldn't communicate with and they had decent ability, but if we can't insult your mother and have you not understand than we can't have you in our team.

NO MADDING COS YOU'RE BADDING BUT NO SADDING EITHER. We play best as a team if people don't blame eachother for mistakes, if people don't clog comms with useless bullshit and laugh at eachother's 'fail RJ' and cause rage. 6 individuals will always lose at this level.

Creative CrashSite mum jokes are welcome. If pikachu sends you a youtube link to his youtube account, thumbs down the video and it might tip the balance in your favour if we want to recruit you.

We are also planning on attending i43 later this summer if this interests you, if you're not LANNABLE then no worries. All we ask for is you put the team first, you remain calm and you don't start / respond to pointless arguments and if you want to criticise or dish out some criticism, keep it polite and take it on the chin. After all we're all in this together.
