Got enough applicants for medic for now but then Vanilla just left cos he realized he can't aim and should go back to medic so we need a new scout – same as before.
– We offer usual stuff like a mumble server that we actually just sort of drift in like a squatter. We got a server that constantly breaks during TF2 updates but for some reason works well enough (located in the UK). Will need a new server soon so maybe contributing towards it – though that isn't mandatory.
– We would like a player who has a positive attitude to improving as well as in game. Rather you don’t fret over small things like our experimental mid strategies to run 2 pyros to middle.
– Patience, play a few games with CrashSite and Pikachu and you’ll catch my drift.
– Got to try and be a calm player, some players in our team aren’t very calm but if you’re a raging, negative retard then we don’t need another.
– Speak English well; we don’t want some random person who can only say ‘Scout behind’ in a strong foreign accent.
– Division 3 level is the level we’re around like so many top division 4 teams though experience isn’t a massive thing with us but if you have barely played a season in Division 6/5 and stayed active in a team longer than a month then don’t bother.
– Maturity level – as in we’re not very mature so you shouldn’t join us if you can’t stand a certain amount of idiocy.
– TRYHARD. We are tryhards so please be active and if you have something else/better to do that stops you from playing 4-5 times a week then you shouldn’t really bother.

Back to the team – going to i43 but we are going to merc somebody as scout so even if you're going we can't promise you a place. That is about all really, but I will blabber on about some crap to waste more of our lives cos people actually read these things trollolololoolololghostfaceisbadlolololol.

their reputation does tend to proceed them alittle and this could really be a deciding factor for some people.
based on experience with these guys, they already are a strong div3 team, pushing low to mid div2 on those good days
the trolling and all round level of maturity can be a pretty big annoyance if you dont have the same kind of personality/mentality as them or the patience to deal with it, I am living proof of that :P
so to end…
Well run div3 team(credit to hildreth, it must be very difficult), with good DM ability and a laid back approach to the game.
Wish you guys luck since use(yes i said it) are looking for a class which seems to be at a shortage at this level. But I hope you find your perfect medic, as you are good guys for the most part.
ps.. dunno why you said pikachu and crashsite, crashsite was one of the few i could cope with(me being odd again i take it :D)

Hildreth is a cool guy also a- very capable demo. He seems to have done a very good job leading this team.

Great so see this team progress so far. From back when they were a little div4 team to a very strong div3 team, as they are now.
Hildreth has become a fantastic demoman and they have strong soldiers with Crash and BennyG. Pikachu is also a strong aimer, while vanilla is just shit.
Definitely gonna be pushing top div3 to mid div2 if they keep going as they have done.

To be honest we made a reputation out of being trolls but now we want a reputation for being good.
Pikachu is actually fairly safe. I like him. LTG are actually pretty alright if you know them and ignore their binds. Hope you pick up someone soon!

I think we are very honest about what we are. Hildreth still goes emo every now and again (although he has got better). And our double pyro strat is well known, that is srsly business.
