Looking for bottom high/mid playoff team

Came 11th last season so making playoffs in mid is a necessity. Preferably passive scout but can adapt

If i play high, I do not expect to do well in the league so a team going high that consists of previously mid players would be best

3 seasons scout, 2 medic 6s experience
