Nations Cup #6 powered by Tt eSPORTS: Captain Applications Update

This is an update to show you which countries have had captains apply so far and which have had none. In case you are contemplating to apply yourself. So far we have received applications from the following 32 countries:

    kkalttuu, being in a nation cup team for 6v6 is usually seen as a prestige of some sort (if the country is a big tf2 country like NL is), so I can only assume you wanted people to think you’re a good 6v6 player.

    I mean do you have a better explanation?

    Maybe few years ago it was prestige but not anymore. Tf2 died and that’s it. Even I’m in national team but I’m open player.

    consider this my formal application for captaining the following teams: bulgaria, kazakhstan, luxembourg and belarus. naturally i have a history of recidence and citizenship in the listed countries and i speak all languages (in belarus’ case i speak both belarusian and russian).

    i’d also like to, in a usurper-like fashion, apply for the french captain spot. i have deep ties in the country and i’m sure my french brethren will confirm how i along with glp is one of the grandfathers of the national scene. bat baseballe and vive la france

    They haven’t played since 2012, judging by this page http://etf2l.org/teams/15474/

    And the news say “Additionally here are teams that played in previous Nations Cups”, which I presume means the most recent ones, 2014-2015. So they are still free to apply, but I guess they won’t.
