Pyro 3on3 and Soldier Turris 1on1 Cup starting!

The Sign-Up-Phase went quite amazing – both slot limits were reached in less than 18 hours. We are sorry for everyone who didn’t get a spot, but also we can’t expand the slots as many people will be on vacations shortly after the cups are supposed to end.
Due to the big request the gamemode for the Soldier 1on1 Cup is changed to “Best of 7” (first player reaching 4 points wins). Exception is a “K.O. streak” which will take place if one player wins the first three rounds. All rules are listed on the [Rules Page].
Please start to contact your Round 1 opponent; the match deadline is coming Tuesday. GL & HF to all players and teams!

if you get a 3-0
so possible result would be: 3-0, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3

uuuhmmm.. played a few pyro 3on3 games, and some times the last 2 players died with dubble k.o. … and than nobody spawns and nothing happens.. untill you rejoin your team to go 4 cap.

arena- style would be nice. respawn of 240 secs is to bad when double elimination happens on last 2 contestants !

After playing some Turris today… I can predict the finals of this tournament could last upwards of an hour, 2 fairly even sollies can duke it out for ages.
thats why it has be lowered from bo 11 to bo 7 ;)

might wanna add a no spawn camping (if i want to i can spawncamp till the end of days ) and no shotgun rule (try to jump up a point vs a soldier who has good shotty aim :/) , also no gay jumps (jumping up from point when the other player jumps to the point) would be nice
looks like the admins havent ever played this then if there is no “no shooting the floor”-rule.
Really breaks the game imo.

you can’t limit “dirty” moves. plus theres a tactic which is imba.
it’s even worse than ppl saying “OMG YOU SHOoooT TEH BASKET!! n00b!” on bball.

consider yourself challenged bjuo, the gayjump rule isnt necessary but the no-shotgun and no-spawncamping rule better be implemented, or this will be one boring cup

if you have any idea that involves a change and limits spawnkilling in a way that you wont need a referee for every game than ill be happy to hear.
spawnkilling is something subjective and you can’t simply limit it with a rule.
about shotgun – i personally admire ppl who can use it. im too slow ;;
shotgun is important for soldiers
