Decision Day – Freight-1-Day-Cup, 3rd Cup IRC Live Drawing, Sign-Ups closing

Some interesting events are taking place during the day, feel invited to participate!

Freight-1-Day-Cup

The most promising Custom Map ever will have his first serious competition test today. Up to 16 teams will be able to participate in our 1-Day-Cup on cp_freight_b3. As little extra every team will have the right to vote for or against adding Freight to the Season 3 Map Pool.

  • 18:00-19:50 CET – Sign Up Phase

  • 20:45 CET – Quarter Finals
  • 21:30 CET – Semi Finals
  • 22:15 CET – Final

19:30 CET – 3rd Cup Semi Finals IRC Live Drawing

During our Freight Sign-Up Phase our last and shortest 3rd Cup IRC Live Drawing will take place.

Only 4 out of 128 teams are left; our Starting Cup and 2nd Cup Winners 4 Kings are out already. Surprisingly the4 teams are split in only two different Nationalities: UK and Sweden. Will we have a Swedish and a UK Semi Final? Will there be the possibility of an equal Nationality final?

  • Map-Order: 1. ctf_turbine 2. cp_badlands 3. cp_pro_granary 4. cp_gravelpit 5. cp_dustbowl
  • Modus: 2 Map Wins to reach Final, Maps ending in a draw count as draw
  • Schedule Deadline: Wednesday, 20th August, 23:59 CET
  • Match Deadline: Sunday, 31st August, 23:59 CET

23:59 – Season 3 Sign-Ups closing

9 out of 10 days of our Season 3 Sign-Up Phase are over, almost 190 teams have signed up already. Tonight at 23:59 CET we will officially close our Sign-Ups and finish our Division seedings in the days after.

Your team still has the chance to get a spot in TF2’s biggest league worldwide. Any teams who have a playable ping on European servers are invited to sign up! Take your very last chance and grab one of the remaining spots!
