Had a alittle think and decide i may aswell do this since there is nothing to lose on my part.
Things went downhill with perilous comm wise and the frustrations which followed, so basically im looking for anything in div2 this season main or backup due to the shittyness of the timing, but yea either is fine.
So anyway look below for the required info. Beware imbound wall of text, short version is at the top for those of you challenged in the task of reading.

Wont mind a backup spot for the upcoming season but a main spot is prefered
A serious attitude towards playing and improving
Established team (preferably)
A team where i dont have to disable chat to aviod troll binds
Good organisation & comms < are a must
A vocal maincaller would be a plus – dont want to have ask what we are doing.
Would prefer a mainly uk team, but i know thats unlikely
NO major trolls or Immaturity

Im my biggest critic – personal mistakes dont go un-noticed

Can and will call if needed
Available from 8cet for 3 maybe 4 maps

Have problems following calls which i dont rate as good
Not a motivator, never have been.
Easily annoyed by trolls, immature players and being ignored while calling
Very little self-confidence
Annoyed by mistakes even personal ones
I get on well with few ppl but most of the time im content unless i say otherwise.

what I said in perilous’ rec post stands, safe medic but I don’t think he understands ze gravity of not following the main caller’s comms and debating them mid-game =p
In my honest opinion (no hard feelings Will, I don’t have anything against you!) Will uses his ubers in silly situations, where he would be able to keep them. On the other hand he also seems to walk into sticky traps and NOT use them. He needs to switch those two around and chill his beans on comms and he’d improve tenfold.

I agree with konr about pretty much everything (for the first time ever!). I watched Perilous a few times in the past few weeks while he was playing for them, and on numerous matches and nights he consistently made mistakes which were costly (and easily avoided).
From what I’ve seen in the past few weeks, he should be fine in div4/3. Good luck.

dummy: ur are right, i stuggle to follow calls i dont trust, i realise now prefer to be incontrol of a situation, not just doing as directed.
konr: 1 official where the team didnt play as well as we could have and u think u can judge me? Ive kept quiet on ur post with my opinions on u so why couldnt u do the same?

I have good and bad games, so sue me. If i didnt think i could play this level (and have the proof i could) then i wouldnt be searching it, i have no problem playing in div3 or 4 but the fact i didnt enjoy those levels when i did play them means i wouldnt like to again.

Well he’s gone from div 6 to div 2 skill in a pretty short period of time and I’d love to see him keep going. He’s got a strong character and has the ability to lead a team. Vocal medics are a rare breed, try him out and see if he fits.
Will’s good just my experience rages a bit.
Learn to take constructive criticism Will. These things aren’t just from that game, they’re a quality I’ve seen with you for quite a long while and that I saw in that game too. I’m not trying to start anything, just like Chris, so perhaps just take what I say on board as friendly advice rather than starting shit. Like I said, good luck.
but will, I believe I can play in div 3 but I actually can’t, I don’t think you’re bad unless you’ve gone downhill a lot since we last played but saying that you’re a level because you think you can play there is a bad argument =D
on a similar note, to be fair its quite possible hes affected by his relationship with the team so if its all fancy n dandy its fine but if its all bickering and stuff he does badly. of course not being stable in that aspect isnt the best idea, should be able to play well even if you despise the players for the night (if its constant, quit =p)
anyhow from my pov he only needs to be in control and calm down (makes rash decisions at times due to excitement) or needs to follow the calls of the main caller
Very capable medic and can easily handle div2, since he has been for months, so i have no clue what you guys are saying div3/4 for. He has been playing at this level for ages and, of course mistakes are made, by everyone, deffo deserves a div2 team. gl
only downside was the communication, which can be worked on over time, gl etc etc
Will is awesome, i really like him (potato for ever !!!).
Konr just gtfo, and for the others, he did make some mistakes defo but his ubers are mainly called by us or the exact oposite – no one says anything. So don’t be to harsh on him, he does have some flaws but he knows about them and trys to improve.
He is div 2 for sure, he was totally fine at the level we played at.

Will is division 2, its just unfortunate that conflicts during games happen, and this was why we had to let Will go. Most of his flaws are what he has admitted to in his first post.
In all honesty, a team can’t have two callers and two separate opinions on the way the game is played, Will is a very safe player and that was why he didn’t fit in this team in our current situation due to the playstyle we run.
Will can handle division 2 with ease, especially if he was calling the shots instead of someone else. Very determined and genuine player.

I really don’t understand why me literally saying the same thing as someone else results in you lot taking offense. Take a fucking chill pill.
I would take a guess to this konr, but since i dont know you, at all, then i may be wrong.
All you do is tongue other peoples asses and agree with people on everything, in order to get more recognized/known within the community, you give everyone else nice comments and then proceed to – some one you don’t really know – give a really bad message to on his recruitment thread, even though perilous, when we were with will, have never once played against/with you, so its likely that your message has come out of no-where attempting to once again insert your tongue up other peoples arse for recognition and some praise – since you seem to need it to get by.
But i could be wrong.

I don’t fully agree with div 2 however he has I’d say a fair amount of div 2 experience, just think some core fundamentals need improvements and then the experience gained from higher level games will be more apparent.
But in fairness every time I played you, you were improving pretty constantly so that’s more than what most people can say…
Really awful medic, has a terrible idea of how the game should be played as well as poor positioning and healing order. To top it all off he makes horrendous decisions and rages at others for his mistakes. I know ‘div 3’ medics who are considerably better than Will and it’s really a joke that he would be considered before players like http://etf2l.org/recruitment/98147/ who are genuinely good at medic.
