Div 2/Div 3 Skill, 6v6

Finished the season with ltg as i said i would(excluding the playoff), but now looking for a more suitable home for myself were I wont get frustrated by constant trolling and immaturity.(not all of them were guilty, but there was still too much for my liking)
So anyway look below for the required info. Beware imbound wall of text, short version is at the top for those of you challenged in the task of reading.

Comfortable @ Div3
Updated to div3/2 since i want to show my ambition :), but again doesnt really mean i am solid div2, but with alittle practise and experience I cant see that being the case for too long :D
Non-main-calling position prefered
No major trolls or immaturity (the odd joke is okay, just dont repeat it x20 or act like a twat)
edit: mixing and pugs have made me rather rusty in a short time :( w

Random info:
So I seem to fall into the dominant/authoritative role within a team which I dont like to do as I come off as an angry dictator, which I am not. I like to be positive but it is hard for me to do if in company of trolls or immaturity.
I also like to analyse mistakes on pushes etc as they happen, as i dont have a great memory and doing it after the game usually leads to things being overlooked.
**Looking for:**
A serious attitude towards playing and improving
Established team (preferably)
A team where i dont have to disable chat to aviod troll binds
Div3+ – would like to TRY(not saying i am) div2 since i have the summer and the motivation to adjust and improve
Demo or Soldier main caller – I really dont want to do it as it makes me depressed and frustrated when ignored
Good organisation & comms
NO major trolls or Immaturity

Experience in div4, div3 pcw's and some div2 experience (mercing/mixing) aswell
Gamesense & Comms are pretty good
Im my biggest critic – personal mistakes dont go un-noticed
I like to take critisim from non trolls
Focused & Serious in pcw's and officials
Not easily distracted
Decent at tracking uber advantages/disadvantages
Available from 8cet for 3 maybe 4 maps

Dont like relying on pure dm
Easily annoyed by trolls, immature players and being ignored while calling
Very little self-confidence
Dont have the same sense of humor as most ppl, which gives the impression that im depressed apparently.
Sound angry all the time – :D but im a fluffy bunny honestly
too serious tbh – but i like to win all the time :P
I get on well with few ppl but most of the time im content/indifferent
Dont prioritise scouts very highly in most fights
Little experience with vanilla rollout

A good medic, would suit any try-hard team. Wants to win and wants to improve, although he is a scary medic.
Worth a trial, hope he finds a good home, think div 3 is about right.
Also he is a drunk.

Great medic when he wasn’t over-doing the shouting at our retarded Soldiers he completely raised our game as medic. Easily do Division 2/3 medic.
Sticking up for my teammates here they may have been immature and trolls but I don’t think there is a case to blame any sort of attitude on one or two players. Also raging when we’re experimenting with mid strategies to try and keep the game fresh for us isn’t the right attitude.
