Getting a full team together slowly but surely!
Line-up so far:
Medic: Spike Himself (thats me!! :D)
Demo: Rawrzz (30 hours of TF2 so far yet impressively good)
Pocket: Aez (the team pole)
Roamer: ???
Scout/Sniper: Kedane (also known as Mr 87)
Scout: ??? (currently trialing – not looking for more)
I'm currently looking for more roamer trials. As per below, don't apply if you're only averagely skilled (be honest with yourself so as to not waste our time and your own). We're very open to new people (in fact, they're preferred) but we do require that you at least know how 6v6 works.
Currently we play at a div5 level and as such it is div5 skill I am looking for. However, our goal for season 11 is to play at a div3 level. I'm aware this is a huge leap, and that is why it's only real talent I am looking for. If you're currently in div5, carrying your team, this would be a good chance to push up the divs. I hereby wish to apologise to all current div5 team leaders for potentially stealing your carries! :D
tl;dr If you currently play at a div5 level and you're merely doing 'great', don't apply.
Requirements:
– Understand the basics of 6v6.
– Available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 20.00 ~ 23.00 CET (we may play later than this, if everyone is still up for games: see next point).
– Keen
– Speak English at an understandable level.
– Friendly, more keen and non raging.
– Can take and give constructive criticism.
– More of that keen.
– Patient – as a new team it may take a very long time before we start to become at least half decent (or get 6 players for that matter!).
No experience above Div 5 (or 6!) (and still being good) gives you bonus points.
Currently NOT looking for backup players – we'll get to that when we have a full team.

The Team Colonslash community is a great community with great people. I would say that if anyone is looking for a team in this skill range I would really recommend this team. Good luck with finding players :)
