–explanation. skip down to about me if tl;dr–
When we started with idk?, we were doing fine and it was fucked up a little bit by losing Grimm and Vode, and the trials we had aren't looking like they're available anymore. That coupled with some in-team drama is gonna leave us with 2-3 people left.
Incidentally that doesn't mean idk? is going away, because depending on the team I could carry the idk? name with me to whatever team I'd end up joining, because Slick doesn't want to go through remaking an idk? team again, but he likes me enough to let me choose what happens with it.
–bit about me–
I honestly believe I can currently handle mid current division 2 and by the time the season comes around probably even better. I can offclass as sniper fairly effectively. I'm very dedicated to improving myself and I can play from Sunday-Thursday from around half 7 cet. I'm 18 years old and I live in Preston, England. I can LAN if needed.
A lot of people do hate me and I've made a lot of silly mistakes when it comes to making myself look like a bit of an idiot in the eyes of the community, but I'd appreciate it if you gave me a chance and didn't listen to some of the shite that is probably going to be plastered below this, because I won't be replying to it. Also note that I will reply to people that are being genuine if I see fit.

improving very quickly, might be mid div2 in s10, or even higher if he gets good partners.
Simply give him a try, he will show you how to play scout/sniper :3

anyway if you think you can do it then go for it!
However, maybe a recruitment post is not your best option. In my opinion you are best off asking for spots as a merc in div 2 (a lot) as a proving ground I am sure that there will be more teams willing to do that than take you on and may lead to a position in the long run.
At the moment though I cant remember the last time you stuck with a team all the way through a season and that along with the rep you have managed to build up isn’t gonna help you by sticking up a rec post and then moderating bad comments.

Disagree with him being Div2 all you like, but do so only in a sensible, constructive manner (like Daleth did – stating it’s his opinion in a non-retarded way) and only if you’ve played with him recently in more than just a mix (which nobody here did).
Sketch get a clue. Konr never had the ability to add any form of post, be that forum, newspost comment or rec post comment. He’s not doing anything.
Sketch, cheers for the nice approach rather than a trolly one, but you’re assuming that I haven’t played div 2 games already. I haven’t just sat in div 3/4 this whole time i’ve been in idk? and I did say in the post that I believe that I can handle div 2 right now, not that I want to be able to soon.
I also need to say that I’m not moderating anything. I’m no longer an AC admin and even if I was AC admins can’t delete posts, ban people or anything like that. Another thing you should know is that I’ve put a lot of effort into these teams and when they’ve folded it’s never been my fault. If any people that are worried about trialing me because of that want to ask my previous teammates, they can do so.
All I want is to be given a chance. I think I’m decent, who are people that haven’t played with me in months/ever to judge? :) I won’t be replying to people that troll but if someone is as level headed as Sketch when they post, I’ll reply to explain things.

anyway, the trend with konr seems to be like this –
his biggest plus is that he’s very dedicated and keen to the team no matter what
his biggest minus is that he struggles to maintain his calm, e.g his performance gets worse as a tough match progresses – not always, but that is often the case. no, i’ve not played against/with you recently, but i’ve asked enough people who did against you and who noted the same thing.
also too easy to bait for his own good but that doesn’t matter unless you’re the kind of a team who pay judge people based on forum posts and the likes

I would personally recommend you to get more experience with a team in a lower division, rather than playing on a team where your skill level is below the average, and the premise of the team increases the risk of folding. I would also recommend you to be discrete and try to avoid arguments with other members of the community.

Any dedicated, active team will surely benefit from the effort konr puts into this game. I’m afraid people will judge him more based on his reputation in the community rather than as a player, but they really shouldn’t. Even if some (group) of people have a quarrel with him doesn’t mean you have to as well.
Considering his determination to improve and the skill-level he already is at, I’d say Div2 easy.

Though I didn’t have the pleasure of playing with him for a while [:(((((((((], I can definitley vouch for his dedication, determination and calm play style with all that refers to tf2. He’s very devoted and keen to improve, and brings the skill and talent that are needed to compete in such a high level.

Anyways, Konr’s a really nice and fun guy. Don’t know hes skill level anymore because I haven’t played with him for a looooong while, but he could surley be div 2.
Not this shit again.
Times I played against Konr he seemed to get caught out of position a lot, in our games it meant we had that easy kill to allow us to push into yard. He does have some decent dm, his sniping did cause us some problems and like so many scouts that apply for Division 2 teams, is he no worse or better? It is really hard to judge where people are at around Div 4-2 level. If someone thinks they can do a certain level then credit to them for aiming high.
Only problem I have with Konr is his attitude which as this forum shows doesn’t make too many friends. I was fine with him before, even said hi at i42 but seems to have changed in recent times.
i watched this guy last night and though he was pretty bad but i guess if your not play seriously at 12 in the morning it could justify running headfirst into rockets and missing medics at point blank
When recruiting this guy think carefully if he is the right fit for your team, i have played vs him once and the way he conducted himself was not my cup of tea.
skillwise i will not comment as i have not seen enough of him to base any of my thoughts on and wont follow what everyone else thinks,
but to the teams recruiting make your own choice on this guy if you can keep him calm head in the game and give him help to improve what people have highlighted as his faults then he may be a good bet.

Was surprised to see that the team folded before season 10 actually started, which is unfortunate. But shit happens.
Either way, I can’t speak for his gamesense, but I can tell you that his DM is spot-on, however, I’d recommend you look for a div 3 – 4 team to play with next season. If it turns out you’re indeed div 2 skill, you will be an obvious carry scout, and you’ll def be noticed, and you’ll officially “rank up” by showing off your skills then. :)
Bare in mind I’m an idiot and keep changing my sensitivity. That coupled with me having to switch from my broken G500 to a Xai, and me being rusty as fuck cause my team hasn’t been playing properly for a while. Excuses, I know, but that explains my aim being off. As for me running headfirst into rockets, that shittermix yesterday didn’t call anything at all so it was difficult to know where people were. Gimme a couple of days of solid playing again and my aim and shit will be back and I’ll be able to carry myself in those hurr durr mixes with said aim, rather than having to hope people actually try. And yes, as you said ArcY it was midnight. Thanks for the comments guys.

Played him a couple of months ago, and then he played like the average div 5 scout.
I will never get why people think mixes with a mix of skill, and against lower divs is a good indication of the skill of a player. Or why a couple of months ago counts either.
i could say lawl not div 2 etc but i haven’t played with him for a while but i think he should be around mid top div three so low div 2.

had you not replied to every single piece of criticism in this thread like you set out at the start you would have come across 3X better. i cant see any div 2 team picking you up at this rate and you only have yourself to blame.

Thanks for the post. As for me not replying, the ones that were “shite” (as I described) have been deleted, so my replies are to the honest posts only :)
konr added me back in January, looking for a cheater ( :D ), luckily unsuccessful. At that point I got to chat to him a bit. He seemed like a nice person and so had no issues with his last team using some servers for a while when they were setting up.
That being said, played a mix against him recently and I made a joke about banning (due to what happened in January). The reaction I got was not particularly nice, not amusing and did not belong in a game. This could, however, be caused by just having a very bad day.
tl;dr, don’t judge by the bottom part, the part where we talked more counts. He was nice, there is no harm in trialing him. Worst that will happen is you lose an hour, best that can happen is you get a damn good scout.
Gonna keep this as nice as possible, He can aim much better than he could before, showing improvement, probably got much better gamesense aswell, bit of help from jukebox probably paid off.
However, the reputation you have got konr is just wow, If your in a dm server and someone kills you as a sniper “Fuck off” is not a good response… Your excuse is “Sniper on sniper is shit, whoever scopes in first loses” – Just lol Its still practice let people play what ever the fuck they want, stop thinking about yourself. Gl though hope someone picks you up.

So let me get this straight, konr doesn’t like that some people don’t think he’s div2 so he asks for their posts to get removed? That’s stupid, most people are just saying that he isn’t div2, it’s konr’s stupid arguments “I had a bad arm that day” or “Uranus rotational axis that evening differed from normal this creating strange abnormalities in the air that caused me to die all the time” it’s fucking stupid.
If someone posted on my recruitment post saying I wasn’t whatever div I put I wouldn’t give a shit, as long as I thought that myself then who cares, also, if I acted like a mong out of game by crying like a bitch on DM servers etc. I wouldn’t complain if someone said that in my rec. post, why? It’s common knowledge that konr butt licks people, because if he didn’t not many people would like him, and who gives a shit? All I am writing in my posts is common knowledge, konr made AI, they folded and was a div4 scout, he then made VAWX folded after 2 games where they both lost, then became a div3 scout, THEN made a new team, got players that were arguably better than himself and then became a div2 scout, what next I wonder!
Why do you think konr gets this much attention? Because he replies to bait all the time, before the admins went all huge on the moderation he replied to almost every bit of bait out there!
But, the only reason why I do troll konr because he then has the cheek to skill police other peoples threads, or get into peoples rectal passages, case in point? My teams recruitment post, none of us has ever played with konr yet he magically knows all of our skill levels.
You can happily ask for this to be removed konr, go ahead, but then you are only proving that you are a child that just can’t take a bit of stick, if someone thought I was a retarded troll then so be it, because at the end of the day I don’t give a shit and neither should you.
Hell, I even clearly remember posting on one of your other recruitment posts for one of your failed teams giving you advice on what to do, don’t make recruitment posts. Just go to the players directly.
