Hey I´m looking for a team for the next season

What can I offer:
-Good communication and Fluent English
-Good scout skill and great uttility play
-Don´t be fooled by my poor team history, I have lots expierence with mixes, etc.
-I´m ok with backup spots too.

What I want from you:
-Activity (atleast 3 sessions a week)
-Nice players which don´t act like tottal strangers
-Better if it´s not a freshly created team
