looking for a team with good people, good comms, active most nights. preferably uk if not eu. looking to get better

i am active most nights. no comms and some map tactics.
can play demoman and solly, however my best class is scout at a div 5/4 skill level. (befor they added prem div) so i dont know what i realy am now.
