Hai thar folks!
We are the amazingly named Elemental Violence and we are looking for a scoot to join our venture!
Due to unfortunate circumstances our original Scout (E-Thug) felt that due to his overheating and crashing PC, combined with unstable FPS, he was unable to improve as scout with such a poor setup, in light of this we have decided to move him into the backup scout/soldier position as he can play both until he gets something more stable.
So this leads us here to the fabulous realm of the ETF2L recruitment page!
We are looking for…
-A SCOUT :O
-18+ (With leniency towards those that are mature of course)
-Good spoken English, we don\'t want people that sound like they\'re reading from a phrase book.
-Willing to lead as scout (Because I\'m all aim no brain), but not essential.
-Good ping on UK, NL and DE servers.
-Can take criticism, abuse, flaming, trolling and discuss tactics and improvements.
-Understand that Shrike\'s German accent is rather bad and willing to listen to instructions given to him.
-Willing to shout at Ace for not buffing you when your about to do some srs bsns as scout.
We offer:
-A nice community sponsor (www.gamers-retreat.com) who give us our servers etc.
-A team that has been together for a very long time (Me and Shrike have been there since it was started on ETF2L with Leet, E-Thug, Ace and HeadHunter a month after.
-Games against stronger teams (We learn more from a challenge than anything else, so you kinda need to take a roll or two :P)
-Friendly bunch of people (excluding leetspleet)
-And a fantastic war arranger (Imperium) and some awesome duuuude named Head Hunter.
-And we have a mentor also.
Also, one thing that is a MUST, we do not want any clan hoppers, at all, playing in a season of ETF2L is not necessary but it\'s preferred.
If your team history is filled with various teams etc. And no real experience I will not add you. End of.
I do not want my time to be wasted, nor my teams time by recruiting someone that will just leave in a few days.
We are a promising team, and hoping to enter Div4 in S8 so you must be able to play to that level or have potential and willing to get to that level.

BUFFING SCOUTS!?
That’s my least favourite thing to do!
They have imperium. Any scout at that level should give them a go.

– I know all (most) of you well.
– I may lack a bit of aim, but I am capable of leading as a scout.
– I’m 17.
– My ping is good.
– I love Shrikes accent (no homo).
– I’ve been in 2 teams, one of them being this (hell, I was the third person to join it on etf2l and the last to leave it. And I’ve been in the steamgroup since we played l4d!)

– I’d send this in a message to war, but due to some small difficulties, I can’t.
