elemental violence

Yoo, we are elemental violence and we are looking for a BACK UP demoman/soldier to compete in S8 in Div5 (as the next season is coming up soo quick!)

We aim to go to div4 and beyond if players are good enough, the plan was to go and practise against better teams for S8 so we can go to Div4 but because the next season is coming up rather quick and people have exams we will have less time to practise and prepare. :(

Anywayyyyyyy, we are a cool clan…

We have a mumble server and a match server provided by our sponsor/affiliated community http://www.gamers-retreat.com (I also write a blog thar :D)

They supply us with everything that we need and could result in LAN support in the future etc. They also have public servers which provide \\\\\\\"LOL\\\\\\\"\\\\\\\'s on a regular basis.

What we need from you:
18+
Good coms.
Understanding of the game
Non-Rager
Can take critism and take it on board
Willing to take part in some questionable tactics that work if everyone is motivated and concentrating (trust me, they work)
Speak GOOD english, i.e. not: \\\\\\\"i aaaam a gurrrd ummmmmm, damoman\\\\\\\"
No clan hoppers!

Note: This is for a BACKUP position, so you will be BACKUP! Thus your playing hours will be limited and we rely on you to be available on our match days just in case, we will try and get as many PCW\\\'s etc. during the week but would help if you had your own contacts as well, having said that there\\\'s no reason why we can\\\'t give u 2-4 games a week.

We hope that you can play to a div4 level, or willing to improve to get to that point, as we are hoping to get to div4 in S9 (as S8 is coming quicker than we planned we might as well just go for it in div5).

Please note again, that this is for a BACKUP position, if you are not willing to play BACKUP (not the caps so it sticks in ur head :P) then please don\\\'t apply, we don\\\'t want to waste our time and we don\\\'t want to waste your either.
