If you see difficulties, you are running away without trying to beat them. People, if you want to have stupid, cowardly guy like he in your team, take him. But if you are trying to make strong and succesfull team, look for another one..

I played with him a while ago, his comms were awful and he failed so many times. Oh yeah, and he fucks people’s schedules up.

Hmm, seemed like a nice enough guy when playing with him in pickups.
However, I recently trialled for his team and was dissapinted to find out he had 0 communication. (I don’t like saying people have bad comms as mine arnt the best but when the only time you use your mic is when your whining that your dead – hard not to mention it).
Dissapointed to see that you quit your team so randomly.
Anyways, good luck in your search. Div6 team looking for a solly could trial him.

1 thing is bad i guess – no comms, you should talk more.
low at best.. start from div6 to get your skills better, and talk more, as other ppl said, your comms are literally shit now. right now youre taking the right step: screw with your own team making, cus u tried making like 3(?) teams, and they didnt lasted even a week(?), so yea, find a team, be active, fix your comms, ride the dream. gl.
