Many of the current players of our team are going to be leaving over the near future, so we are looking for people able to take their spots.

We would like you to have some competetive experience, but we can take in a newcomer if they're good enough.

The most important part is still behaviour.
If you start whining about your teammate because you're dying, or if you give up because we're on a losing streak then you are not fit for this team.
We need dependable people that can build and maintain chemistry and spirit.
