After playing against mid scouts I can safely say that this guy can easily play high and is one of the best scouts available in mid right now so if you dont pick him up u basically dont want to win

I just warned people that we actually do follow our new forum rules that we put out a week ago and still people want to go against them with derailing and ASCII posts as if rules would not matter, trying to keep people who apparently do not want to use common sense in control is annoying and nobody can deny that.
Anyhow, I do think that Vouri really would very soon be capable of high for sure, played more better than I expected in the last official against him.
