I'm 19, Italian, but I can speak English (not the best accent though).
I can play roamer and pocket.

I have no experience in competitive leagues, just played a bunch of lobbies and some mix/scrims with friends. I have more than 300 hours on solly and more than 1200 hours on tf2. Decent dm and gamesense. Add me if you don't have high expectations.
