I have about 900 hours of public and some lobby experience. I'd like to get deeper into competitive play with a team with solid leadership and strategy. Playing and training together with friendly, relaxed attitude (not getting angry at teammates for not doing their job right, but rather helping them improve). Skill does not matter, but I would prefer a team I can get better with and not one that I have to get better for.
