Looking for a team for next season that also has a pocket soldier space for my teams old pocket, think i could do div3 with the right team but otherwise looking for a team that will be looking to win d4

Want a team that is pretty keen and willing to improve, no ragers and a good atmosphere in mumble
Pretty flexible in my schedule and will always say in advance when i cant play or not
