Div 2/Div 3 Skill, Highlander

I'm going to finish the season with my current team but I'm unsure what I'll do after that. Perfectly happy with playing with them in possible future seasons but I'd like to keep my options open, as I've had some synergy issues lately.
About me
-Speak fluent English, Dutch and could do French (though my French comms will be basic and I'll have an accent :D.)
-600+ hours on spy, 3000+ TF2 generally
-Have played in UGC Silver with Team MeanMode and matches around division 3/4 with Soep-a-Stars.
-Generally don't get mad. I've only had this happen once in the long time I've played this game and that was when some pyro was shutting me down completely in a scrim with the homewrecker and airblasting off a cliff and taunting me, I couldn't do anything :x As dumb as this sounds it pissed me off for some reason, but I swear that only happens once in a blue moon.
-Style: Spy that concentrates on keypicks, not afraid to take risks, usually use invis watch, mainly use knife. This is what I'm good at doing, I don't like camp and daggering and calling positions. Afraid I'm not your guy if that's what you need in a spy. I still of course do some position calling, but mostly "x down ;)" and uber percentage/what medigun they're using.
What I'd like in a team:
-Stability
-Prefer main spot, can do sub spot if I'll get to play a few times at least. (Not just roster riding :3)
-Around div 2/3. Although I haven't played officially with a team around div 2, I've played a lot with great players and I'd really like to try this if anyone would be so kind to give me the opportunity. With feedback from a helpful team I'm confident I'll be able to do great. Perfectly fine with div 3 also. Can do div 4, though that's what I'm currently playing and ideally I'd like to go higher.
-Fun, friendly people that aren't afraid to speak their mind to me about feedback and what they'd like to see
-Ideal playtimes for officials for me are 19:00-22:00 GMT+1 on Friday/Saturday and 19:00-21:00 GMT+1 on Sunday. My schedule is unsure during weekdays though, but I'll try to show up if I can.
