Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Hey guys, we're a div 4 team, currently looking for a backup for pretty much everything. We're an English speaking team looking to progress to div 3 next season (of course) or at least finish confidently in div 4 and we have mumble and TF2 servers provided by TA.
Ideal replacements-I mean backups:
-Scouts that destroy anyone in their path and offclass to beast sniper.
-Roamer that will be blamed for every lost round.
-Pocket who is amazing and lovely and protects the Medic all day and can do nothing wrong.
-Demo that speaks a lot, sometimes in Norwegian, can maincall and can fail the Badlands rollout consistently.
-Medic that has pro crossbow aim but fails to understand the concept of "Pop it don't drop it".
Mainly in need of Soldier/Scout or Soldier/Demo.
Feel free to add myself for more info/trials etc.

Carried them through div 5 with a little help from mont.
I think a little of my god like skill has spread to them.
If true they should easily win div 4.
Andrew has the best brain for calling. if your playing div 6 highlander. stacking a tf2 centre lobby
Got a fair few trials to get through and limited time right now so will probably be a while before we get to trialing anyone else I think.
Hello, I’m maining scout, I haven’t played highlander or 6v6 ,but I really am practicing alot , playing tf2 every day making good frags and i really want a tryout.
Hey guys, haven’t played comp. before, however I have tried lobbies. I main medic, and am effective at roamer and pocket. As scout, I can take on quite a few opponents but have a tendency to get myself killed.

If you have no comp experience div 4 might be slightly too high a level to play at. I would suggest looking for a div 5/ div 6 team as there are numerous good teams searching that you could join.
