Hey man. Nice to see you wanting to sponsor a tf2 team.
I recommend offering a mumble server instead as that’s what 95% of the TF2 community use and making a post on the forum saying you’re looking out for a established team to sponsor as making one from scratch that sticks around is fairly difficult.

I lol’d :D
Apart from that, you want to sponsor a team, but you dont even offer a server? That’s the only thing non-prem mgo’s can really offer a team. You can get a Mumble channels from quite a few people for free if you just ask for it. Cannot see any div2 team taking that offer tbh.
if u want to support a tf2 team you just need two things:
a) a mumble server
b) a tf2-server with 12 slots, a huge plus would be with 13 slots and thereby a stv.
you offer none of these.
dont forget it will always be difficult to fully integrate a tf2 team in your existing mgo if the “clan life” of your mgo takes place on a teamspeak server, since no team above div6 or 5 uses ts3, even if most people have it installed. if they dont use it for pcws and “daily gaming life”, there wont be much social exchange between your existing squads and your newly formed tf2 squad. this is the biggest problem for mgos, that are new to tf2: they dont use mumble. thats a shame, but also a fact.
take razor, then we can finally start winning games.
