Scout  Div 2/Div 3 Skill, 6v6

My old team folded due to players losing motivation to play the game. Heavy roster changes led to poor performance and eventually a fold.

I am solid div 2/3, able to speak fluent english, never rage, accepting critique and willing to improve. Can snipe if necessary.
I want to play at least 4-5 nights a week, not looking for a backup spot.
