English, motherfucker, do you speak it?

Hi, I was some time between clans and because I couldn't find a decent team, I ended up making this one. It's open for all people who want to and are able to play at div5 level and want to get as high as possible in their gaming career.
So basically what I am looking for: some people I can have fun with playing TF2 and even other games, and still keeping in mind that want to get higher. People who can take criticism, can and are willing to improve themselves.
What can you get?
There is no problem finding a mumble room, or other VoIP, and some people know that I have no problem investing in a gaming server (but this time only if it has a future).
UPDATE: Hi so we're looking for a medic who can maincall, we really want to go in div5 so people with experience are wanted!
UPDATE2: A good scout would be great too :)
