The Jolly Ranchers are recruiting!
Currently looking for:
Main team: Heavy, Scout, Sniper
Back-ups: Everything
We’re a fairly established EU West Highlander Team with a season in both UGC and ETF2l. we are currently in UGC Silver for the 3rd place play-offs. we are looking for mature team players to fill our roster for next UGC season.
We are looking for lower skilled players who may or may not have had league experience before. We have no hour played requirement, what is needed is a basic understanding of the class you will be playing. Being in west or central Europe is not a must, same for good English skills but they will help.
While skill is important, we are primarily looking for people with the right attitude. This means successful candidates will be, polite, respectful, open to advice and good team players. Highlander is about team cohesion, this above individual DM skill is something we will be looking at.
We will only be entering in one league (UGC) next season, which means that the team will be less demanding on your time. We ask for only three mandatory play times a week with the team, this includes the official. This means that at least Monday, being UGC standard match day, another evening during the week not yet set and most likely Sunday evening will be team time.
Each new recruit will go through a trial period before being placed on the core roster. This is to ensure that we feel you are right for us and you feel we are right for you. There will also be spots for alternate/back-up players who we expect to attend all practices.
We are primarily a community who hang out in mumble and play lobbies and derp together. We also are active in the TF2 Highlander community with the Reddit Round Robin tournament.

I speak English fluently, live in Paris, under 18, can play at any time on weekends (and on vacation), consider myself a pretty good scout, I have played 500 hrs on another account that got hacked so had to delete it, am on a team currently but planning on leaving, so add me at: [Windays] Dragisman
im sorry but we have to pass dragisman.
is this my fault because i didn’t explain myself properly. the times we would be needing your time is always monday for the time being, that’s because UGC is played on Mondays (or will be for us at least).
furthermore alot of the people we have at the moment dont have that much time in the weekends, so most our evening activities would be planned on week days or mabye sunday evenings
