Spy  Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

I'm looking for a Highlander team to play Spy for, in a backup position. I have no idea where to put myself skill-wise, so I've gone with Div 5/6 for now [edit: Div 4/3 according to others!]. Other than pub play and some lobbies I don't have any real Spy experience. Recieving some tips, help and other stuff from people like SabaSaba, Ashkan and Beef though! I have also played Medic in 6v6 up to a Div 3 standard, if that counts for anything.

I'm currently committed to my 6v6 team and don't intend to change this soon, so I will only be available on most Fridays and Saturdays. Other days I can *maybe* play so long as I can leave before 20.00 CET as that is when my 6v6 team starts playing. On these days I'm usually available from 18.15 CET ish.

I'm keen and very willing to go over tactics, watch demos and do whatever else you might do in order to keep improving.

English speaking teams only, please! Rage-free for bonus points!
