  Div 5/Div 6 Skill, 6v6

I'll be honest for once so this might turn into a rant about how bad I am instead of an advertisement for myself.

I'm a Finnish Scout player looking for a div6 or even a div5 team. I'm pretty new to the competitive scene, as you can see from my team history so I'm not that experienced. I speak fluent english, so I'm capable of playing in international teams.

I have no idea if I'm good enough for div5, but I think I should be okay at least in the lower end of the division. I have no real strong points in my play, although I'd like to focus more on the tactical side of Scout play instead of running around yz50 style killing everybody just because of ridiculous aiming skills. In my opinion it's better to consistently kill people one at a time and stay alive doing so instead of getting a 5-streak every 10 years. That said I don't have enough experience to figure out good tactical plays on the fly.

About myself:
-I don't fear to play higher division players, it's more like the exact opposite. I, however, do know that getting completely destroyed every match isn't the best way to improve. As long as the team is willing to improve with higher division teams and there is actual progress, I'm all for it.

-I should be able to play at least 5 days a week. My Internet connection has been fucking up for quite some time and although I think I know how to fix that on the fly, I can never be sure whether my ping is steady or jumps around between 50 and 300 every 0.2 seconds, resulting in hilarious warping business and hitboxes going completely wrong.

-I don't rage. I have done it before but I'm over it.

-I'm willing to improve my play. It might get a bit harder at times as I like to chill between seasons and other downtimes from official matches, but at long as those are in the near future, yeah I want to play.

What I want from the team:
-A will to improve. I don't want to be the only one to be willing to discuss about lost, and why not even won, games.

-A match server + mumble server would be nice, but not necessary.

-Not that much rage. There are times when you just got to rage, but I prefer you to not do it when the team is 0-2 down in the middle of a match.

-A will to actually discuss strategies and possible game situations.

-Stability and the ability to be active during seasons. I have been in two teams so far and both have gone down not too long after me joining and in both cases it wasn't me that brought them down. I'd also like to actually practice during seasons so that the team can actually go somewhere.

(I'm, for some reason, also interested in playing pocket Soldier + main calling, but I'm ridiculously bad at Soldier so I don't take any responsibility if I suck at playing pocket)
