Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Season 10 has ended and in my previous team everyone (Colin McRae) decided to part ways, which is the reason why I am writing this recruitment post!:)
I've been playing demoman throughout div6-4, and now I'm looking to get another team at at least a div4 level. I've put my recruitment post as div4/div3 skill (since I have no experience playing on a higher lever), but I've been told I could be able to handle myself on a higher level.
I am a player that:
-Can play from sun-thu 20:00CET to 23:00CET
-Could maincall(but I prefer not to when joining a team)
-Can hold my own
-Has aim and decent gamesense
-Want to improve and play seriously, but wont mind a laugh every now and then
-Able to give/take criticism
Apart from all the general stuff like mumble, gameserver, etc.,
I expect from a team to:
-Also be serious and willing to improve
-Discussion post-match (what went good/wrong)
-Be reliable (so no people crashing frequently)
-Be stable
-Have some teamplay+gamesense
-Have the main lineup consist of Western Europeans
Lastly, I am __NOT__ looking for a team:
-That is newly formed ("Yeah were still making the team now, just join we'll get the rest in soon")
-Russians, Israeli's, Americans or other far away countries that cannot play at CET evening times.
All in all this is just words, and words are wind. So add me on steam and we'll have a little chat.

Keen on improving his shit. Hits his pipes like a plumber and always (almost) gets the med with his sticky traps. Likes to discuss problems a lot and usually comes up with valid points and ideas for improving. Realiable and can cook you some meth for LAN since he’s some hightek chemistry nerd. Plus probaly some other nice things but just trial him and see for yourself.

Intelligent player that will go far. He’s also nice and has a sense of humour.

Bad sense of humour because he’s Dutch.
Super keen like a keen machine, pipes are ridiculously good and great guy to have in mumble to talk over team stuff afterwards. Good positioning and very high damage output when he gets those heals, can get a little distracted from maincalling in dm situations but otherwise a good caller too. Div3 pas de probleme.

The best gamer I’ve ever had the privilege to play with, he has the brain and the aim to go all the way to prem (Seriously) if he wanted to. imo disregard his div5/4 judgment, if you pick him up in to your div 2/1 team he’d still carry like a boss.
Not to mention super nice guy and really smart (Also relly gud englishs.)
Played with Bram back in some little div5 team a couple of seasons ago. Our relationship quickly blossomed. He is my best friend, boyfriend and he’ll by my bestman and groom at our wedding. No homo.
Seriously though. Nice guy, laugh to be around. His calling is clear, well thought out etc. He’s smart and has the aim etc to make the plays. Does the right thing at the right time. This extends to his calling, or perhaps he plays smarter because he calls. Idk. Either way he’s an asset for those reasons alone.
Has a great attitude as well. Doesn’t rage, he’s keen, punctual, generally takes the game seriously but isn’t adverse to having fun. So yah, I’m jealous of any team that gets him basically.
Oh, also has a fucking great sense of music for fragvids.
Could handle div3, has good pipe aim and other stuff people have said. Only downside I can think of is that he sometimes doesn’t consider the situation the rest of the team is in before making pushes etc but otherwise thats small and can be sorted. also, talks way too much about his abs.
